In 18 months, awareness of DataFort grew from zero to the company being perceived as the UK leader in offsite data storage, a fact proven when MCC secured DataFort as Information Storage Product of the Year at the Information Management Awards 2002. Key coverage in the likes of the Evening Standard, The Guardian, Director and Money Marketing directly generated calls from VCs and multi-national partners such as Viatel.
